“Milo and his team were great to work with; super responsive, hard-working, and professional. We called in SERVPRO to clear up a catastrophic flood that went through 3 floors of a historic 1902 house just after Christmas 2022. They brought in a ton of vital equipment (fans, industrial heaters, and dehumidifiers) to stabilize (dry out) each affected room. Once the house was stabilized, they removed all flood-damaged material and debris and took it away so that the remodeling/ renovation process could begin. Milo had a fantastic work ethic throughout. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of his way to answer questions and keep everyone informed of his team’s progress. Highly recommend Milo and his work!
